Responsibilities

a) the  Department of Legality Control of Constructions and Unauthorized Constructions of the Technical Services and Urban Planning Department, as detailed in article 14 par. 5 and 6 respectively of the GTC as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time, and

b) the responsibility of coordination, monitoring and control of the necessary actions up to the construction contract of the Municipal Market project and the completion of the architectural tenders.

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026

The above Deputy Mayor will receive a compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the Presidency of the City Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, with a specially reasoned decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the exercise of his duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts relating to the exercise of the powers delegated to him/her by this Decision, except for notices, assignments and contracts
