Responsibilities

a) the Department of Municipal Cemeteries of the Department of Environment and Quality of Life , as detailed in article 15 par. 3 of the Internal Service Regulations and the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time

b) the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries of the Local Development Department, as detailed in Article 13 par. 1, 2 and 3 respectively of the General Organization of Employment as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force from time to time

c) the examination of applications for the granting of water use permits and the execution of water resource exploitation projects for the area of the Municipality of Corinth, in accordance with Article 19 par. 11 of the OEY and the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026.

The above Deputy Mayor will receive a compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the Presidency of the City Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, by a specially reasoned decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the performance of his/her duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts relating to the exercise of the powers conferred on him/her by this Decision, except for notices, assignments and contracts
