Responsibilities

a) the Green Department of the Department of Environment and Quality of Life , as detailed in article 15 par. 2 of the Public Service Regulations, as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time, and

b) the Department of Commerce and Services of the Local Development Department, as detailed in article 13 par. 2 of the General Administrative Regulations (except for the responsibilities of the local markets), as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time.

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026

The above Deputy Mayor will receive compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the Presidency of the City Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, by a specially reasoned decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the performance of his/her duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts related to the exercise of the powers delegated to him/her by this Decision, except for notices, assignments and contracts
