Responsibilities

of the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning and the Department of School Unit Cleanliness of the Department of Education, Culture, Sports, as detailed in Article 11A’ (1) and (2) of the Municipal Organizational Structure (OEY)  as amended and in force, as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time.

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026

The above Deputy Mayor will receive a compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the Presidency of the City Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, by a specially reasoned decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the exercise of his duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts relating to the exercise of the powers delegated to him/her by this Decision, with the exception of notices, assignments and contracts.
