of the Department of Culture, the Department of Cultural Activities and Artistic Education of the Diractoratet of Education, Culture, Culture and Sports as detailed in Article 11A (3) and (4) of the Public Service Regulations as amended and in force as well as in the applicable provisions of Laws, Decrees and Ministerial Decisions.

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026

The above Deputy Mayor will receive compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the presidium of the City Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, with a specially justifed decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the exercise of his duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts related to the exercise of the specific duties conferred on him/her by this Decision, except for proclamations, assignments, and contracts.

The above Deputy Mayor will subtstitute the Mayor in case of absence or incapacity.
