What documents are required for the civil partnership declaration.
- Civil partnership agreement (original).
- Identity cards of both parties.
- The tax identification number (A.F.M.) and the social security number (A.M.K.A.) of both parties. If unavailable, a responsible declaration of non-existence will be provided.
- If there is an Insurance Provider.
- Birth certificates from the last three months (for third country nationals, officially translated*).
