Description
The procedure applies to those citizens who do not vote at a polling station corresponding to their permanent address (they have changed their address).
What do I need?
1) Application – Declaration via gov.gr with text:
“Please accept the request to change my polling station according to my permanent address.”
and the fields must be filled in:
Last Name, First Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Resident, Street, Date of Birth.
In case of incomplete completion, the application will not be accepted. A separate application is required for each adult member.
2) Any recent, last quarter document proving the new address of the resident (e.g. utility bills, tax statement, etc.).
