Responsibilities

a) the Department of Technologies, Information, and Communications of the Technical Services and Urban Planning Department, as detailed in article 14 par. 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Employment as well as in the provisions of the Laws, Ordinances and Ministerial Decisions in force at the time  and

b) the responsibility for the planning, design and monitoring of the funded programmes, in accordance with the provisions in force from time to time.

Sets the term of office of the Deputy Mayor until 9-1-2026

The above Deputy Mayor will not receive compensation.

During his term of office, the above-mentioned Deputy Mayor may not be elected or be a member of the Presidency of the City Council.

The recall of a Deputy Mayor is possible at any time, with a specially reasoned decision of the Mayor, for reasons related to the exercise of his duties.

The Deputy Mayor shall sign documents and acts relating to the exercise of the powers delegated to  him/her by this Decision, including documents issued in connection with the conclusion and implementation of contracts financed in part or in full by national or Community funds.

The above Deputy Mayor shall also sign all contracts concluded by the Municipality which are financed in part or in full by national or Community funds, including documents and decisions of the direct award procedure, which are also financed in part or in full by national or Community funds
